I believe you may be comparing a 2.5" drive in comparison to a 3.5" drive when you say one is portable and one is external (as they both are external 
..)
Portable would be in reference to that it does not require an external power adapter but externals are bigger and require an additional source of power.
Performance wise the external will probably give you better performance as they are cheaper to produce and have a solid stream of power - but in comparison to portability they are a pain to have to plug in everywhere just to access your files on the go.
So the decision is up to you

The Face Detection is not working on my Sony camera?
I have a brand new Sony T2, but when i take pictures of people the faces are not deteceted. Is it function that i havent turned on, or is it just not working?

IMO you haven't turned Face Detection "ON". Check your Owner's Manual to learn how.

Is MLB Front Office Manager...?
Is MLB Front Office Manager any good? I have read mixed reviews online. Some say it's great for every baseball fan and some say it gets boring after 1 season. What do you think?
I just got the game and out of a ten I would give it a 6 or 7. I like it so far, I would get the game if you dont care that much about actually getting to play every play during games. You do get to experience what its like to be a GM which I can honestly say is not an easy job. I havnt finished my first season yet so I dont really know what its like after season one.
The game costs 40 dollars and if your a diehard baseball fan and are interested in just signing free-agents, making trades, managing players contracts its a good game to play. If I were you I would go rent the game first, because you then will be sure if you should buy the game or not. Some baseball fans like it, and some dont.
