Is it bad or harmful to eat a lot of limes or drink a lot of lime juice?
I love to put lime (the green ones) on almost everything such as V8, rice, corn, fruit, soups, certain broth dishes, sushi. It is not small amounts though, I usually squeeze out the lime juice of a whole lemon on everything I like it on. I consume a lot of that overall, it makes me feel good and it makes my digestive system feel good. How harmful is it though, if it is harmful? How much should I cut down? Or is it OK to keep on doing this? I just don't want any long-run effects on my body because of this. I would appreciate all answers, specially those who REALLY know about the harms of it.
