the foldders "$RECYCLE.BIN" & "system volum information" are created in all folders.how i can remove it ?

Even if you were able to remove them manually, they will re-appear when you do a reboot.

$Recycle.Bin are system generated folders. Refer to this article:

System Volume Information [SVI], these are also system generated, and even required if System Restore is TURNED ON. As the name suggests, this stores vital information of the system when something bad happens to the system--power failure, malware attack, haphazard turning-off the PC, etc. To get rid of SVI, just turn-off System Restore. To do this, on Windows Explorer, right click My Computer, choose Properties then click System Restore tab. Tick on the box to the left of "Turn off System Restore on all drives" Ciick "OK" or "Apply" button.
