Best buy prp plan question!?
So 2 weeks ago i bought a psp slim (silver from best buy (canada) and recently my battery like started not workin... i wuld put it in the psp nad it wouldnt work... the light wouldnt even go on... so i was wandering will i be able to return it? i have a PRP plan but i dont have all the box things anymore and another big thing is this was a limited edition thing and now in bestbuy (canada) they dont sell these they sell white ones now... any ideas?
you will need everything that came with it, not so much the box, but the essentials, (system, battery, charger, Daxter, Family guy, and the 1Gb memory card.) if they don't carry it anymore in the store, if you have everything, they will exchange it for the equivelent...if u don't try calling the 888 number on the back of the phamplet they give you for the warranty. they may be able to give u store credit for it....
