what do you do to stay in shape when there is not a lot of time to exercise?
In my experience those who are in the best shape are the ones that schedule exercise in to their day just like they would schedule a meeting or a doctors appointment. Unfortunately I am not one of those people but I strive to be. Instead I try and get to the gym or a good walk at least 3 times a week and other than that I don't try to get the closest parking spot so I have to walk and I take the stairs instead of the elevator. And if time for exercise is limited that makes the food side of things even more important.
I also try to incorporate it in to housework or something by playing music and dancing around at the same time!
